Triathlon Training Camps are now hosting 1 day Training Camps
including specific coaching workshops focused on improving your
performance. Based at The University of Oxford Sports complex,
this excellent sporting venue is where Banister broke the 4 minute
mile. The facility has all that is required to undertake all your
training needs.
The Triathlon Training Camps Team are all experienced competitors
and coach to level 3 Tri Coaches and GB Age Group Triathletes.
Our philosophy is simple, we work key essentials that will help
you to improve your performance. We use the most up to date methods
and bust many of the myths of training, training and training,
that leads to injury, illness and lack of overall improvement.
Our aim is to concentrate on working with beginners, intermediates,
age-groupers and so we can work not only on the individual and
with the group. We will give you the key to do’s and don’ts
for improved performance and enjoyment, covering training, race
preparation, racing, recovery and nutrition.
The day will be run at the well-equipped University of Oxford
Sports Complex and will cover the following essential areas with
course materials.
- Practical coaching sessions & workshops in all disciplines.
- Individual Swim lane coaching with Video Analysis.
- Running Drills. Learn how to determine your
aerobic base training
pace.
- Bike Set-up and Bike Handling Skills.
- Transition and race preparation.
- Q & A Session with the panel of coaches.
- Introduction to your free 1 months online fitness programme.
