Warm Weather Training Camp
The concept of our training camp in Spain is to help athletes increase their specific fitness and knowledge base. Fitness plays a key part in how you perform. To perform optimally you need all 5 elements of fitness: CV, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility and Motor skills.
