Race Care is about optimising driver performance. It allows you to concentrate solely on what is needed on the track, knowing that all other aspects have been taken care of. It will help you improve your psychological wellbeing, thus boosting your overall performance.
We have provided race care for drivers in the following:

Our tried and tested race care includes the following:

• Full medical support for any minor problems
• Pre-race and post-race nutrition advice and preparation (correct food/ right time/ proper quantities)
• Controlled hydration (carbohydrate / energy drink)
• Driver warm-up – pre-race, mobility/ flexibility/ stretching
• In car visualization and preparation prior to qualifying and races
• Specialised cooling Jackets and hydration for the grid
• Driver cool-down – post-race massage and debriefing
