We work the key areas and more. Most trainers just do the basics. Strength, endurance and CV. This is where Formula Fitness differs, working the additional, though critical aspects of motor skills (speed, agility, balance, reaction time and dexterity), flexibility, psychology and neck.

After assessing your fitness levels we design a specific fitness programme tailored to your discipline. We work with you at our facility to get the most out of your programme. We will in addition provide you with a programme to follow at your home-based gym.

We encourage at least two sessions per week with us to get the most out of your training. In the off-season we also provide both warm weather and altitude training camps. All our training with you is geared towards the start of the season and you having that winning edge.
