At Formula Fitness we have devised a fitness regime that for the first time gives all drivers an opportunity to improve their fitness without a trainer. Month by month we create a personalised programme using both traditional email. Through this new training method you will receive bi-weekly updates, building into a complete fitness regime. We cover the vital areas for driver fitness: -

Core strength
Cardio-vascular fitness
Balance and agility
Muscular endurance for upper body
Flexibility

Our fitness programme works with home based equipment . The fitness equipment that this programme uses comprises of Fitball (65 cm),
Skipping rope, Dumbells 1.0 kg and 2.5kg set, a Pro tube, a Body bar (6 or 8KG), Optional is a Polar compatible heart rate monitor.
