Sports Complex. We offer a comprehensive range of Human Performance

In the last few years we have broadened our services. We now

Formula Fitness has a fantastic line for the 2008 season, now into its 10th year of training and looking after divers, Formula Fitness is now widely recognised as one of Europe’s premier training establishments.
Commenting from their training facility at the University of Oxford Stewart Wild Human Performance Director said “2008 is set to be the biggest year yet, now that we are working closely with the BRDC Super Stars programme (please see below) we have over 30 drivers. Our main objective is to give the drivers that winning edge whether it be by improving their fitness, getting them to work with our Sports Psychologist or educating them towards greater understand of nutrition and other key factors”.

FORMULA FITNESS TO TRAIN BRDC SUPERSTARS
Formula Fitness has been appointed as the official training company for the British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Superstars. In the new BRDC initiative, which follows on from the BRDC Rising Stars programme, drivers will be able to access the wide range of facilities and expertise on offer at the University of Oxford Sports Department where Formula Fitness has its base.
BRDC Superstars Director Tim Harvey was quick to point out the benefits of working with the company who can boast drivers in almost every major motor racing championship.
“Formula Fitness has been an excellent partner for the BRDC Superstars programme. Its facilities, professionalism and unique skill sets will help the next generation of British drivers achieve their ultimate goals.”

Formula Fitness introduce specialist neck training
Formula Fitness have taken delivery of a specialist neck trainer.
The RX100 functional neck trainer (by Leisure Lines) is featured
in the Fifth Gear / Formula Fitness training programme, that was
aired
on Channel 5.
The neck trainer is the only one being used in the Motor Racing
Industry. Stewart believes its the most advanced trainer of its
kind anywhere, working the neck through multiple angles.
"It is an excellent piece of equipment for rugby players
